We are pleased to announce that the WARTACRYPT '04 Conference on Cryptology will be held in Bedlewo/Poznan, Poland, July 1- 3, 2004. The conference will take place in the Mathematical Research and Conference Center, Bedlewo.
The Central European Conference on Cryptology WARTACRYPT'04 will be the fourth in the series of meetings gathering the researches involved in cryptology. In 2001 the series was inaugurated with TATRACRYPT'01 held in Liptovsky Jan, Slovakia. Consecutive meetings were organized in Debrecen, Hungary (2002) and Bratislava, Slovakia (2003). The aim of the conference is to gather people interested in discussing recent advances in all areas of cryptology. All participants are encouraged to present a contributed talk. The conference program will consist of invited and contributed talks, and poster presentations. The conference will cover a wide range of cryptology including symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, cryptographic protocols, digital signature, cryptology related topics in computer security and computational number theory.
Please inform us, at your earliest convenience, whether you intend to take part at the conference and give a lecture. If you intend to give a lecture please send us an abstract of your talk to not later than May 1, 2004. Speakers will be notified of acceptance by May 24, 2004. A summary volume with the extended abstracts of papers selected for presentation will be distributed to conference participants. The text of the submitted abstract should be written in English and must not exceed three pages using the wrtc2004.cls style file. Consult the guidelines for the submission of the abstract. Preliminary program and the abstracts will also be accessible via the conference Web page.
We plan to publish contributed talks (after refereeing) in the Proceedings, published in the Tatra Mountains Mathematical Publications. Tatra Mt. is listed in one of the CC series. Guidelines for the submission of the papers can be found here.
Registration fee is 80 EUR (approx. 350 PLN), for students (including PhD students) 35 EUR (approx. 150 PLN). The registration fee covers Proceedings of the conference too.
